We continue to provide industry-leading river and coastal engineering solutions right through the project lifecycle, with value added through client-side support as well as construction phases. If being a part of a team with a passion for this industry is for you then we would love to talk to you.We currently have opportunities in our Epsom office.## Your role* Deliver technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, and to high-quality levels.* Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals.* Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.* Understand, communicate and manage project risks.* Adhere to quality assurance standards in design.## About you* Chartered Civil Engineer.* Experience in leading design delivery, including multidisciplinary design and Design & Build.* Knowledge of coastal defences, flood walls and embankments, weirs, hydraulic structures, culverts, scour protection, access and accessibility, and construction logistics.* Familiarity with current UK design standards, guidance and working practices.* Proficiency in delivering both traditional engineering and environmentally focused solutions using nature-based strategies.* Sound commercial, contractual and programme experience.## Reward & benefitsExplore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career.
