Key Responsibilities
 * Work as part of the project team to deliver investment projects to time, cost and quality.
 * Liaise with residents to book appointment for improvement works, accurately keeping records of appointment dates, appointment failures and refusals of works.
 * Deal with customer queries and ensure responses are provided within a desired timescale.
 * Accurately input and maintain data on our stock, ensuring that improvement works are captured within the asset management database.
 * Assist in the contractor payment process to ensure invoices are paid in accordance with the terms of the contract.
 * Provide cover as required for contract meetings and where requested take, prepare and issue minutes.
 * Assist in preparation of KPI report for monitoring of contracts.
 * Work closely with the customer service team to ensure information is shared and programmes of works are accessible for resident information.
 * Assist in the monitoring and logging of Energy Performance Certificates.
Must Haves
 * Experience of general administration duties including raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
 * Outstanding organisational skills and able to manage tasks in a busy environment.
 * Excellent IT skills on various software applications including Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
 * Attention to detail, working accurately with figures and data.
 * Problem solve with a common-sense approach.
 * Multitask and prioritise work demands to meet deadlines.
