What You'll Be Doing Scheduling Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits across multiple regions. Coordinating Reactive Callouts, follow-up revisits, and Remedial Works. Acting as the first point of contact for customer calls, queries, and support needs. Working closely with customers and engineers to maximise productivity and utilisation.
