Role Overview:
Seeking a Process Engineer with knowledge of industrial, manufacturing, or aerospace engineering. Responsible for product/process development from inception to first article approval, utilizing standard and rapid prototyping manufacturing processes. Familiarity with DS/SX - Direct Solidification and Single Crystal or Equiax Casting is preferred.
Responsibilities:
* Develop, document, and refine processes and SOPs to optimize efficiency and ensure customer compliance.
* Identify and implement best practices to improve workflows and product quality.
* Collaborate across departments to resolve production challenges.
* Ensure safety and environmental compliance.
* Conduct quality assurance, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
* Support new product development with efficient manufacturing processes.
* Manage projects to enhance capabilities, reduce costs, and improve performance.
* Maintain documentation and report progress to management.
* Promote a positive workplace culture and work-life balance.

Qualifications:
* Broad knowledge of mechanical, industrial, materials science engineering, and investment casting technology.
* Understanding of ceramic materials and high-temperature behavior.
* Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or aerospace engineering.
* Familiarity with aerospace quality standards like AS9100 or NADCAP.
* Process control and SPC knowledge.
* Bachelors degree in Metallurgical Engineering or related field.
