You will be expected to manage your own caseload under supervision and assist with complex litigation and advisory matters that impact clients across various sectors. Key responsibilities Supporting and advising clients on employment disputes, tribunal claims, and High Court litigation Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, contracts, and policies Conducting legal research and preparing clear, commercial advice for clients Liaising with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth case management Contributing to the team's growth by building client relationships and supporting business development initiatives About you?
