Mills & Reeve are seeking a Senior/Principal Associate to join the Private Client team in Norwich. This is an exciting opportunity to join a top 40 law firm and a renowned Private Client team.
The role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, first-class associate to join our fast-growing, leading Private Client Team. This role will be based in Norwich, with occasional travel to our London and Cambridge offices. You will work alongside Norwich partners on complex/high-value matters and manage your own caseload. Our clients range from landowners to entrepreneurs, and collaboration with other teams such as real estate and corporate is often required.
The person
You will have experience managing your own files, including financial management. Ideally, you will have completed or be working towards the STEP Diploma.

The activities
You should be 4+ years PQE with experience advising high-net-worth individuals and trustees on issues including estate and succession planning, inheritance tax, capital gains tax, complex will drafting, trustee powers and duties, and establishment of trusts.
