Female Waking Night Support Worker – 20:00-08:00
Location: Ballingry, Fife
Contract: Temp to Perm (Permanent opportunity available)
Hours: 36 hours per week
Pay: From £13.00 per hour (DOE)
Driving Licence: Essential
ASA Recruitment is recruiting a dedicated Female Waking Night Support Worker to provide 1:1 overnight support to an individual with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs within a structured environment.
This post is restricted to female applicants in line with the Equality Act due to the specific needs of the individual being supported.
The Role
1. Provide overnight support and monitoring
2. Support with personal care where required
3. Maintain accurate records and report concerns
4. Promote dignity, safety and wellbeing
A strong awareness of autism is essential.
About You
5. Minimum 6 months’ UK care experience
6. Experience supporting individuals with autism and complex needs
7. Calm, reliable and professional
8. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
9. PVG membership or willingness to apply
