About the Care Manager role
As Deputy Manager, you will support the day‑to‑day running of our residential and dementia care home, helping to ensure the highest standards of care and well‑being for our residents. Working closely with the Home Manager, you will lead and support the care team, promote a positive and person‑centred culture, and help oversee areas including care planning, compliance, and staff development.

What we are looking for
* Previous Deputy Manager or Home Management experience (essential)
* NVQ4 in Direct Care (essential)
* Excellent literacy, numeracy and communication skills
* Own car required, business miles paid
