Weekend Receptionist. St Helens Hall Care Home
Hours: Saturday & Sunday, 9am-5pm
Salary: 12.76 per hour
We are currently looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Weekend Receptionist to join our team at St Helens Hall Care Home.
About The Role:
As the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff, you will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a busy setting.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greeting visitors and ensuring a positive first impression
· Answering and directing phone calls
· Managing enquiries from residents, families, and external professionals
· Handling incoming/outgoing post and deliveries
· Maintaining the reception area to a high standard
· Supporting basic administrative duties
What are we looking for:
· Friendly, approachable, and compassionate
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Confident using a telephone and basic computer systems
· Organised with strong attention to detail
· Reliable and punctual
· Previous reception or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
