The Instore Team Member role involves producing high-quality pizzas and side items to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain brand image.

Responsibilities:
* Make all pizza bases to the desired standard, from dough to toppings and the end product.
* Follow HTA standards and call out load times, ensuring every order is in the oven within 3 minutes.
Food Hygiene:
* Maintain good personal hygiene and adhere to uniform & grooming standards.
* Obtain a Level 2 or higher food hygiene certificate (training provided).
Safety & Security:
* Observe health and safety rules at all times.
* Follow safety and security restrictions as required.
Teamwork:
* Support colleagues during slow periods in your area of expertise.
* Show commitment and cooperation towards team members.
* Participate in store marketing activities, such as distributing leaflets and attending fresher's fairs.
* Take responsibility for your own development and training.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Ability to work quickly and positively during busy periods.
* Ability to learn and understand pizza coding to produce correct products.
* Knowledge of food safety and its impact on the business.
