We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Engineer to join a successful Civil Engineering team in Birmingham. In this role, you’ll be taking the lead on projects, contributing to the continued growth of the company, and sharing your expertise with junior members.
The Ideal Candidate
They’re looking for an experienced engineer with a background in Flood Risk Assessments, SuDS, and Drainage strategies.
You’ll also have:
1. A degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent.
2. A strong drainage capability with a good understanding of drainage design.
3. A strong understanding of planning policy and relevant legislation regarding flood risk and drainage.
4. Experience of river restoration/design.
5. Experience of meeting attendance and liaising with clients, architects, contractors, local authorities, and other statutory bodies.
6. Chartered status or working towards Chartered status (ICE/CIWEM) would be advantageous.
