Position: Team Leader / Supervisor
Type: Permanent – Full Time – 40 Hours – up to 45k
About the Role
We are seeking a Team Leader / Supervisor to join our branch in Harlow. Your main responsibilities will include leading a team, supporting daily operations, driving service standards, influencing profitability, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies. You will also maintain excellent customer relationships.
About You
The ideal candidate will have experience in a trade background (e.g., plumbing, multi-skilled, carpentry) within a social housing environment. You should be well-organized, knowledgeable about Health, Safety, and Environmental issues, and possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written). IT literacy, especially in Microsoft Office, is required.
