Project Manager
Permanent · Remote‑first (with regular office/client days)
The Role in 30 Seconds
Support the delivery of a large‑scale platform transformation by managing data migration and integration workstreams within an established programme. You’ll run structured delivery for migrations, coordinate integration build across Microsoft cloud components, and keep technical teams aligned. It’s focused, hands‑on project delivery with meaningful technical depth.
What You’ll Actually Do
* Manage multi‑stage migrations into a consolidated target platform, coordinating mapping, cleansing, rehearsals, and cutover activity.
* Oversee delivery of integration components across Azure and Microsoft estates, ensuring work aligns to architecture and sequencing.
* Help shape and manage staged transition states defined by programme leadership, ensuring dependencies and risks are controlled.
* Understand solution designs well enough to challenge assumptions, surface risks early, and maintain alignment across data and integration teams.
* Coordinate go‑live preparation across data, integrations, environments and support teams, ensuring a smooth stabilisation period.
You’ll Fit If You Have
Essential:
* Experience delivering data or integration‑heavy projects in complex organisations
* Strong end‑to‑end project ownership (plans, RAID, sequencing, dependencies)
* Confidence interpreting technical solution designs and identifying risks
* Experience coordinating engineers, architects, SMEs and vendors
* Clear communication across both technical and business audiences
Desirable:
* Exposure to Azure Integration, Dataverse, or Dynamics 365 ecosystems
* Experience with multi‑phase migrations or staged platform transitions
* Background in regulated or large enterprise environments
* Familiarity with common integration patterns or cloud data movement
