Matters will include: Wills and lifetime planning Trusts and estate administration Court of Protection applications Lasting Powers of Attorney Inheritance Tax planning Elderly client work You'll be working in a close-knit, collaborative team with support from paralegals and junior lawyers - enabling you to focus on complex work and developing client relationships.
