Main Responsibilities
Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons aligned with the primary curriculum.
Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment that supports all learners.
Support pupils’ development across academic, social and emotional domains, with a particular focus on early years learning.
Use a range of assessment strategies to monitor progress and inform teaching.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, SET teachers, SNAs and leadership to support pupil learning and wellbeing.
Build strong relationships with parents and communicate effectively regarding pupil progress.
Contribute to whole-school initiatives, planning and extracurricular activities where appropriate.About You
A qualified primary teacher with recognised teaching qualification.
Experience or strong interest in early years / infant education.
Demonstrates excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
Committed to inclusive education and meeting the needs of all learners.
A collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reflective practitioner with a willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.
