About The Role
* Lead a dedicated professional services squad to deliver agreed enhancements, configurations, and change requests for Meter Operator customers.
* Own delivery planning, scope control, and prioritisation to ensure commitments are met on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
* Act as the primary delivery contact for the customer, managing expectations, reporting progress, and resolving risks or escalations.
* Ensure all delivered changes support compliant SMETS2 installations and align with operational and regulatory requirements.
* Work closely with Product Management and Core Engineering to ensure customer delivery aligns with the long-term integrity of the Waypoint platform.
About You
* Proven experience working in the UK energy sector, specifically with Meter Operators and smart metering programmes.
* Strong understanding of SMETS2 installations, field engineer workflows, and compliance obligations.
* Proven experience leading delivery teams or squads in a SaaS or technology environment.
