Cambridge | £30,000 base + commission | On-site parking

About the Role:
We're looking for a Recruitment Consultantto join our clients growing Cambridge office, focusing on white and blue-collar roles across the region. You’ll be stepping into a warm desk consistently billing £16–17k/month, giving you the chance to build on strong foundations and take things to the next level.
This is a 360 recruitment role where you’ll manage client relationships, source top talent, and deliver exceptional service across both temporary and permanent placements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow an existing portfolio of construction/commercial clients
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for clients
Building and maintaining your candidate network
* Meeting and exceeding revenue and activity KPI's and targets
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in recruitment (construction/commercial experience preferred)
Confident communicator who can build strong relationships with clients and candidates
Motivated, target-driven mindset with a can-do attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
Full UK driving licence (some local travel required)
What You’ll Get:
£30,000 base salary + uncapped commission
