Our client within the Finance Services sector is seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support their CEO and oversee the smooth running of their London office. This role is to start ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, including diary management, meeting coordination, and correspondence
* Manage day-to-day office operations, welcome guests, and liaise with building management and suppliers
* Support HR administration, including onboarding, payroll coordination, and acting as the main contact with the HR team
* Coordinate travel arrangements and internal events, including Board meetings
* Liaise with international support functions, including HR, IT, Finance, and General Services
* Act as a central point of contact, combining hospitality, administration, and leadership support
Key Requirements:
* 8+ years' experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant & Office Management experience
* Stakeholder management experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Exceptional attention to detail
* High level of confidentiality and discretion
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management Tools and CRM
This role is onsite and offers a salary between £55,000 - £65,000 DOE.
