Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Community Dietetic Service
A rare opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Assistant to support the friendly Community Dietetic Service in north NHS Highland.
You will provide professional and comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, acting as the first point of contact for colleagues, patients, and their families accessing the service.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Open, friendly manner with strong administrative and computer skills.
* High level of competence in Microsoft Office packages.
* Knowledge and practical experience with hospital-based systems such as Track and digital dictation (training can be provided).
* Excellent time management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* High interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues.
Additional Requirements:
* Ability to work independently using your own initiative, as well as effectively as part of a team.
* Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet challenging timescales.
* Flexibility to respond to changing demands and willingness to travel across the region as needed.
The Community Dietetic Service covers a wide geographical area, offering flexibility on the work location.
