Associate Building Regulation Principal Designer A long established, London based Building Consultancy, are now seeking an Associate Building Regulation Principal Designer to be involved in variety of projects in the heart of London. Due to their vast Architectural service being led internally within the consultancy, they have been incredibly successful in their external ventures into a Building Regulations Principal Design, commercially speaking. This allows them to pay above market rate for their Building Regulation Principal Designers. They are seeking someone who has an Architectural or Building Control background, who has a demonstratable ability to ensure Building Regulation compliance. The Role The successful Associate Building Regulation Principal Designer will be involved in ensuring Building Regulation compliance and guiding clients through the Gateway process and all CDM related risk during the design stages. The role will require clear communication to ensure handover to Principal Contractor is as effective as possible. The Person The Building Regulation Principal Designer suitable for this role will have at least 7 years within an Architectural, Design or Building Control role.
