The Corporate Partner / Legal Director will be:

Leading and expanding the Liverpool corporate team
*
Business developing, leveraging an existing network
*
Advising on domestic & cross‑border M&A, reorganisations, JVs
*
Ensuring top‑tier client service and deal execution excellence
*
Collaborating with senior partners to shape strategy and growth plans
The Successful Applicant
The Corporate Partner / Legal Director should be:
*
A solicitor or equivalent with 7-12+ years' corporate PQE
*
Experienced in M&A, corporate reorganisations, JVs
*
Comfortable leading client relationships and team growth
*
Adept at business development with a strong regional network
*
Able to collaborate in a progressive, tech‑savvy law firm
