A well-established Doncaster law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy property team. This is a strong opportunity to manage a varied caseload within a supportive and forward thinking environment.
You will handle residential sales and purchases from instruction through to post completion, including freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages and transfers of equity. The role offers autonomy over your files while working closely with colleagues to ensure matters progress efficiently.
The firm is seeking:
* A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancer
* Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage volume work
* Excellent client care and communication skills
