Where We Need You
The Junior Brand Manager role is part of the Brands Marketing team and acts as a key partner for the Brand Manager, Marketing & Trade Marketing Director, and cross-functional teams. You will play a vital role in supporting the development and execution of the Chupa Chups brand strategy across Candy & Gum, as well as supporting seasonal campaigns and other brand initiatives.
Your Core Responsibilities At a Glance
* Support the positioning and execution of the Chupa Chups brand in the UK, delivering against KPIs.
* Support, and where appropriate lead, seasonal activations for Chupa Chups and Fruit-tella brands.
* Contribute to annual brand planning and New Product Development (NPD), including building a 3-year roadmap, identifying opportunities, project management, and launch planning.
* Collaborate with agency partners to activate the brand across media channels and measure success.
* Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and other teams to deliver in-store activation aligned with brand objectives.
* Manage the APL budget, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
* Report on brand performance and competitor insights to internal stakeholders.
* Represent PVM UK externally to key stakeholders.

The Ideal Recipe For Our New Junior Brand Manager
* Degree-level qualified or equivalent.
* Experience working within a similar brand role – FMCG desirable.
* Experience working with data – Circana, Kantar, Nielsen desirable.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
