Business Development Manager – Regional\n\nSalary £40,000k - £45,000k basic + car & bonus (£55,000k - £65,000k OTE)\n\nFull time permanent\n\nLocation: Newcastle – Northeast\n\nFMCG, packaging, POS, print & design\n\nImmediate hire\n\nOur client is a market leading organisation and this is an excellent opportunity to join in a Business Development Manager role. This is a new role to the business and you will be able to add real value to the commercial team.\n\nKey Areas: -\n\n * New customer development\n\n * Customer partnerships – relationships\n\n * Maximising commercial opportunities and contract growth\n\n * New business development\n\n * Being self-motivated, solutions focused and a credible, first-class communicator\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Build strong and positive relationships with the clients and all stakeholder involved at all levels, ensuring\n\n * Develop new business revenue streams through extending range of products / services and / or penetration into customer’s business market\n\n * Grow your geographical portfolio of clients, by mapping your market, client visits, events & media\n\n * Networking and attending trade events\n\n * Constantly increase your product knowledge to ensure you are a product ambassador\n\n * Strong personal customer service skills with multi-clients\n\n * To creates an atmosphere centred on delivering superior service for both internal and external customers\n\n * Price negotiations, sales forecasts, and price increases.\n\n * Contribute to the sales growth of the existing Commercial Accounts through effective and pro-active management of the relationship to achieve long-term growth and profitability, thereby consistently achieve value, volume and margin targets.\n\n * Deal with existing customers with regards to on ongoing and new projects – pricing / model specification / complete project management.\n\n * Provide guidance and support to stakeholders across the business\n\nIdeal Experience Required:\n\n• Excellent attention to detail & account growth\n\n• Excellent communication & stakeholder management + Client facing skills
