Carriera is partnering exclusively with a leading global real estate consultancy to recruit a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor with strong commercial portfolio experience to join their London Building Surveying team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Lead and deliver complex commercial building surveying and consultancy commissions (e.g. dilapidations, technical due diligence, condition & defect surveys, measured surveys), with project values from £1m to £6m+.
2. Contract administration for refurbishment, re-fit, remedial and refurbishment projects, using JCT, NEC or similar standard contracts.
