Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for social media, content creation, and digital culture? We're looking for a Social Media Manager to take ownership of our brand's online presence, build an engaged community, and drive growth across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and beyond.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the social voice of a fast-growing, design-led brand with a strong focus on sustainability and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy
• Develop and manage a social media content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and more
• Conceptualise, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality video and photo content (reels, unboxings, trends, lifestyle features, BTS, etc.)
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity
• Manage the full content lifecycle from planning to publishing and reporting
Creator & Influencer Partnerships
• Identify and build relationships with creators and influencers who align with our brand values
• Manage product gifting, briefs, timelines, and deliverables
• Collaborate to deliver authentic, high-performing content
• Track ROI and performance of influencer campaigns
Community Engagement
• Actively engage with followers—respond to comments, messages, and conversations
• Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and cultural moments
• Support UGC and community-driven campaigns to boost engagement
Analytics & Optimisation
• Track KPIs and analyse performance on a weekly and monthly basis
• Use insights to refine strategy—optimising posting times, formats, and content styles
• Report on audience growth, engagement, and campaign success

About You
• 3–5 years' experience managing social media for a consumer brand
• Strong portfolio of content creation (video, photography, editing, copywriting)
• In-depth knowledge of TikTok, Instagram (Reels, Stories), and YouTube Shorts
• Experience building and managing influencer/creator partnerships
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or Premiere Pro
• Creative, trend-savvy, and confident in shaping digital conversations
• Excellent project management and communication skills
