Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support a team of care assistants during shifts
• Deliver high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents
• Administer medication in line with care plans and regulatory standards
• Monitor residents’ health and wellbeing, reporting changes promptly
• Maintain accurate care records and contribute to care planning
• Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and management
• Promote dignity, independence, and respect in all aspects of care
