Our client, a forward-thinking and fast-growing independent estate agency in Nottingham, is looking to recruit an experienced and driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their dynamic team.

Compensation
* Basic salary of £25,000
* Realistic OTE of £33,000–£35,000 (uncapped)

Key Responsibilities
* Managing and growing the lettings pipeline, ensuring strong conversion and performance
* Organising and conducting property viewings, delivering a professional and engaging experience
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Generating new business opportunities and supporting the growth of the lettings department
* Booking and attending valuations (where applicable), with listing experience seen as advantageous
* Negotiating offers and agreeing tenancies
* Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure a smooth lettings process
* Handling enquiries, calls, and general office administration
* Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems, including Microsoft Excel
* Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and providing correct advice to clients
Qualifications
* Previous experience within lettings is essential
* Experience at Senior Negotiator level or a proven track record looking to step up
* Listing/valuation experience would be advantageous
* A positive, driven, and professional attitude
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Confident working both independently and as part of a team
* Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* Well-presented, punctual, and customer-focused
