As a Lead Generation, you'll be at the front of the sales journey, connecting with business owners, creating opportunities, and building a career with uncapped commission, genuine progression, and a high-energy team that celebrates success.
Responsibilities
- Making high-volume outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers.
- Introducing digital marketing solutions and generating interest from prospective clients.
- Identifying business needs and uncovering opportunities for growth.
- Building rapport quickly and gathering key information to qualify leads.
- Working closely with the sales team to create quality opportunities.
- Handling objections confidently and maintaining momentum throughout the day.
- Developing your sales and commercial skills in a fast-paced environment with clear progression opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in Telesales, Lead Generation, Sales Development, SDR, Outbound Sales, Business Development, Appointment Setting, Appointment Making, Lead Acquisition, or similar sales roles.
- Target-driven, competitive, and motivated by earning commission and achieving results.
- Resilient, positive, and able to bounce back quickly from objections and setbacks.
- Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with new people and building rapport over the phone.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-activity sales environment.
- Ambitious and looking for a long-term career with progression opportunities.
- B2B sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
Compensation & Benefits
- £25,000 basic salary.
- Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £37,000+.
