What you'll be doing: Working directly with students who have Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning differences Supporting individuals and small groups to access learning Helping implement behaviour plans and supporting emotional regulation Using your psychology knowledge to understand what's beneath challenging behaviour Assisting teachers to adapt lessons for different learners Why this role works: You get paid while gaining the kind of experience universities can't teach.
