Overview
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of Hospitality at our luxury care home. You should be passionate about providing exceptional hospitality services and have strong people and organisational skills. In this role, you will work closely with the Catering, Lifestyles, Housekeeping, and Hospitality teams to ensure residents receive top-notch care. Previous experience in the hospitality sector is a must, with a genuine affinity for caring for others. This role is based at Osbern Manor, 26-28 Hoath Lane, Wigmore, Gillingham ME8 0SW.
Hours: 40 hours per week (including 1 weekend in 6)
Pay: £45,000 Per annum
Contract: Full-time

Our Head of Hospitality will provide an exceptional hospitality service within our luxury care home, working with the Catering, Lifestyles, Housekeeping and Hospitality teams. This is a crucial position central to the lives of the people we support and their families, so good people skills are essential alongside strong people and organisational skills. If you have previous experience working in the hospitality sector and an affinity for care, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Hospitality, Lifestyles and Housekeeping teams to ensure all areas of resident experience maintain high standards and person-centred care is provided.
Work closely with the Client Relations team to plan and execute customer/resident events.
Ensure dining areas are set up and maintained to a very high standard.
Ensure the Housekeeping team carry out their duties effectively to maintain the cleanliness of the home and resident laundry.
