Digital Marketing Executive – Manchester, Full time, Permanent – Reporting to Marketing Manager

Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Executive will work alongside the Marketing Manager in delivering high-impact marketing across property portals, campaigns, creative and automation. The role is responsible for supporting both day-to-day delivery and longer-term campaign planning and requires the ability to manage a varied workload, contribute ideas and help improve lead generation and conversion across Ocasa’s portfolio of over 30 buildings.
Key Responsibilities
 * Maintain and optimise listings across Rightmove, Zoopla, SpareRoom and RentCafe
 * Keep pricing, availability, copy and photography accurate and on‑brand
 * Update website content in WordPress, including imagery, building pages and SEO basics
 * Work with our website agency on larger changes (new pages, UX fixes)
 * Identify gaps in photography and coordinate updates to improve listing performance
 * Deliver paid and organic campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, internal promotions)
 * Monitor lead flow and cost performance – recommending improvements
 * Support campaign planning for priority buildings and low‑occupancy areas
 * Produce weekly/monthly reports: leads, viewings, enquiries, move‑ins, CPL and ROI
 * Flag performance trends and help shape focus based on occupancy needs
 * Draft and proof content for listings, ads, emails and digital signage
 * Ensure consistent tone of voice and brand standards across all digital outputs
 * Manage asset requests (banners, brochures, signage)
 * Manage workflows and email campaigns in HubSpot for lead nurturing
 * Improve enquiry‑to‑viewing and onboarding journeys
 * Support internal announcements and tenant communications (e.g. app updates)
Experience and Qualifications
 * Demonstratable generalist marketing experience, ideally with experience in property (3+ years of marketing experience preferred)
 * Confident working in HubSpot, WordPress, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics. Where existing experience on these software packages is not available, a thirst to learn quickly is required.
 * Comfortable writing copy, briefing designers and working with multiple platforms
 * Strong Excel/Sheets skills for reporting and campaign tracking
 * Proactive, organised and confident owning tasks independently
