Partnerships Transactions Co‑ordinator
At Pets at Home, we’re building the future of pet care — and our Partnerships model plays a vital role in that journey. We support veterinary professionals to become Practice Owners, combining clinical autonomy with the backing of a trusted, established business.
We’re now looking for a highly organised and proactive Partnerships Transactions Co‑ordinator to join our Partnerships team and help support practice ownership transactions from start to finish.
About the Role
As a Partnerships Transactions Co‑ordinator, you’ll provide day‑to‑day coordination and administrative support during live practice ownership sales. Working closely with the Partnerships Project Manager and Transactions Specialist, you’ll help ensure processes run smoothly, stakeholders stay informed, and Practice Owners receive a professional, well‑organised experience.
This is a varied, fast‑paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders, managing detail, and keeping things moving behind the scenes.
The role offers hybrid working, with two days per week based at our Handforth Support Office.
What you’ll do
1. Communicate clearly with Practice Owners and prospective Practice Owners, sharing updates, next steps and timelines.
2. Follow up actions with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
3. Send and manage key documentation ahead of practice valuations and transactions.
4. Support valuation requests and transactional processes alongside the Transactions Specialist.
5. Attend meetings, capture actions and maintain clear records for stakeholders.
6. Maintain trackers and logs relating to valuations, approvals and transaction progress.
7. Collate, manage and extract information from systems and portals to support legal drafting.
8. Present sales data clearly, highlighting progress and changes for stakeholders.
9. Review legal documentation for accuracy before release and coordinate any required amendments.
10. Help organise and support Practice Owner signings and ownership celebrations.
11. Provide wider support across the Growth and Partnerships teams when required.
About You
You’ll be someone who thrives on organisation, communication and attention to detail, and who enjoys working with a wide range of people.
You’ll bring:
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
13. Strong coordination, planning and organisational ability.
14. High attention to detail and accuracy.
15. Confidence working with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams).
16. A collaborative, team‑focused approach and the confidence to manage multiple priorities.
Experience working in the veterinary sector, legal/conveyancing environments or case‑management roles would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Inclusion
Pets just see people. They aren’t biased and they don’t discriminate. We take inspiration from pets and we value and respect difference in all its forms. Our ambition is to reflect the diversity of the communities we operate in, and every colleague can help us achieve this. Even if your experience doesn’t perfectly align, if you believe you can bring something unique, we’d love to hear from you.
