Senior Quantity Surveyor - Hospital project - Kent
This leading Tier 1 main contractor has an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a new refurbishment on a healthcare project in Kent.
Responsibilities
* As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be offered a flexible working role and manage your own working week between the site and remote working.
* The project is a new building as part of an existing hospital and has a value of circa £25m; you should have worked for a main contractor on new build projects over £20m as a Senior Quantity Surveyor with full commercial control of the projects.
* On a complex project in a live hospital, it would be advantageous to have worked on healthcare or life sciences projects.
* You must reside within a reasonable commute from Kent or live locally.
Qualifications
* You must have a UK Quantity Surveying qualification.
* At least 10 years working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or applicants who feel capable of being responsible for a £25m hospital project and are looking to make the step from Quantity Surveyor to Senior Quantity Surveyor will be considered.
