Responsibilities
* BusinessOperations Associate IV Responsible for planning scheduling andcoordinating demand/supply management business processes and/ormanufacturing/delivery of products and services to HP policy andcountry regulatory requirements.
* Partners withstakeholders to identify/implement opportunities for businessprocess improvement to effectively manage costs integrate new andexisting businesses and adapt to changes in the business andregulatory environment.
* Time horizon istypically focused on less than six months for forecasting/planning.
* Leading and workingwith crossfunctional teams creates and implements plans that enablethe execution of business strategies. Participates in the processby which demand signals are developed validated for alignment withtransition plans supply constraints identified and an executableplan defined that meets financial and market share goals.
* Scope includesbusiness execution processes related to life cycle planning; ordermanagement (including allocation management Available to Promise(ATP) / commit processes business attainment tracking); logisticsmanagement (including inbound/outbound coordination andconsolidation of domestic and international systems to supportshipments); and inventory management (including analysisoptimization and velocity).
* Partnerscrossfunctionally to develop track and manage business metrics forthe organization (may include customer availability service levelsontime delivery supplier response time (SRTs) supply chain costsand inventory)
* Senior:Applies extensive knowledge of the job skills company policies andprocedures to complete complex specialized assignments/tasks increative and effectiveways.
* Comprehensiveunderstanding of the general/technical aspects of the job.
* Works on assignmentsthat are complex in nature and require considerable judgmentinitiative and technical/specialized knowledge to resolve problemsand/or develop recommended solutions.
* Work is completedwith minimal supervision and assignments may be completed withoutestablishedprocedures.
* Maydetermine methods and procedures for new assignments.
* Typically providesguidance to other nonexempt employees. Associate degree preferredor equivalent experience. Typically 46 years of experience inbusinessoperations
