About the Role
‘Getting Stuck In’ is one of our key values, and we’re looking for new Team Members who love doing just that!
Instead of working in one department, we’re looking for new Team Members to work across both our accommodation and leisure departments on resort to support our guests and provide them with a fantastic experience during their stay with Butlin's.
This role will include cleaning our accommodation and getting the rooms ready for arriving guests on Mondays and Fridays, as well as participating in sports activities such as football, archery, high ropes, and more, three days a week with our sports department.
Previous experience in sports coaching is desirable but not essential. We value your 'can do' attitude, positive mindset, and passion for making a difference to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
You should be prepared for guest interaction, including leading and teaching activities.
We are looking for high-spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who enjoy learning new things and working with a like-minded team.
No two days are the same, and you'll enjoy working with various team members and guests.

Note: Our resorts are open during the week and weekends, so flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.
