* Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Duration: 2 Year Fixed Term Apprenticeship
Salary: up to £15,758.36 per annum

We’re currently looking to recruit an Apprentice Customer Support Centre Operative. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers and clients. As part of this role, you will work within a support team environment and perform various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. You will answer calls from internal/external customers, contractors, suppliers, and other Apleona sections, record work requests and updates on the company/client CAFM systems, raise purchase orders to contractors, and handle other administrative tasks as required.
We are looking for:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in and ability to demonstrate excellent customer service, including call handling
* Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
