The Role: Temporary Administrator
Location: East Kilbride
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
Assignment Length: Ongoing
Rate of Pay: £13:00 per hour

Office Angels Glasgow is excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Temporary Administrator to join our client's friendly and dynamic team based in East Kilbride. This ongoing assignment offers a varied and rewarding role where you'll play a key part in supporting daily operations, liaising with drivers, and ensuring accurate data handling. What You'll Do:
1. Greet and assist customers and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
2. Coordinate with drivers during drop-offs, ensuring smooth and efficient processing.
3. Record vehicle details including lorry and trailer number plates upon arrival.
4. Input data into internal databases and spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy.
5. Maintain up-to-date and organised digital and physical filing systems.
6. Support the wider team with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and document preparation.
7. Accurately record weights from the weighbridge system
Our Ideal Candidate:
8. Have previous experience in an administrative role
9. Will be proficient using MS Office packages (Particularly Word and Excel)
10. Willing to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
11. Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
12. Can think on their feet and resolve minor issues independently.
