Teaching Personnel is thrilled to partner with a welcoming and vibrant primary school in the NP11 area to recruit a Nursery Assistant who is caring, creative, and committed to nurturing young learners.
About the Role
As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a fun, safe, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and inspired to learn. You'll be involved in:
Supporting and delivering stimulating nursery activities
Encouraging positive behaviour and early learning milestones
Helping to manage daily routines and adapting to children's needs
Collaborating with other staff to support each child’s development
Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and care
✅ What We’re Looking For
We're seeking candidates who are:
Enthusiastic about working with young children
EWC Registered (Education Workforce Council)
Hold a Child-Only DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
Able to provide two professional references from the last 24 months
