Salary: £31,500 plus a £3,000 joining bonus
Dynamic (Hybrid) Working: 2 days per week on site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or Dual UK national with British citizenship. After offer, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS).

The opportunity
Join our dynamic International Change Management team and become a key player in shaping the future of MBDA. You will collaborate with our international team to implement cutting‑edge change management strategies and methodologies, gaining invaluable experience in delivering change and honing your skills in risk analysis, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
You will support the identification and analysis of change adoption risks, support implementation of change management methods on selected projects, and deliver communications and engagement. You will receive practical training and mentorship to excel in presenting, building relationships, and influencing business decisions.
With support and mentorship from a skilled and experienced team, you will develop your skills in presenting and communicating in different forums, building and maintaining relationships within the business, analysing business changes and positively influencing business decisions, and implementing change management in an international environment.
This role is ideal for those looking to work on a wide variety of tasks and activities on a daily basis. Travel to other MBDA sites in Europe is expected.
What we're looking for from you
Degree qualified in Business & Management, Psychology, Human Resource Management to a minimum of 2:2. Other relevant degrees are also welcomed.
