This role is central to achieving that ambition. As Head of Property Services, you'll provide strategic leadership across Hedyn's largest operational area - overseeing reactive maintenance, empty homes, cyclical safety inspections and major works delivery. You'll lead a highly skilled internal team and manage key contractor relationships, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and customer-focused service delivery. Key responsibilities include: Leading an efficient, proactive maintenance service across Hedyn's homes and estates. Delivering a forward-looking Property Services Business Plan aligned to corporate goals and resident priorities. Ensuring compliance, safety and strong performance management across all maintenance functions. Driving value for money and continuous improvement through innovation, resident engagement, and data-led insight. Inspiring, developing, and empowering a multi-disciplinary team of trades and surveyors.About you: You'll be an experienced property leader with a strong background in housing maintenance, asset management or building services, capable of driving performance while fostering collaboration and accountability. You'll bring: A track record of delivering large-scale maintenance and improvement programmes. Proven success in leading high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams. Strong commercial and compliance awareness within a social housing context.
