The Position
With your great understanding of the creative process, you’ll get your teeth stuck into briefs, working across everything from brand guidelines and toolkits to presentation documents and quality controlling, from new collection launches to exhibition stands, from business cards to internal creative documents.
Making the most of your strategic mindset and conceptual eye, you’ll have a clear and comprehensive understanding of art direction and craft, quickly becoming a true brand guardian who is able to comfortably brief and lead projects and proactively offer input and knowledge.
Showing true ownership and utilising your diverse design expertise and excellent people skills to deliver work of the highest quality, you’ll make sure each brand has it’s own look and feel.
What We’re Looking For
First and foremost, you’ll be an adaptable and conceptual thinker. With a really keen eye for detail, you know how to communicate successfully and activate design effectively.
A real team player, it’s important that you’re passionate about your work and ready to speak up when sharing ideas and feedback. We’re after a leader who is happy to roll up their sleeves, so we want to hear all about your managerial style and experience as well as your background in an agency environment, working on consumer retail, fashion and apparel briefs.
You’re able to articulate ideas in different formats, and you’re used to conceptualising ideas across different mediums as well as pitching and presenting your great ideas. You’ll have a comprehensive and well-rounded portfolio that clearly demonstrates the creative vision and thought process behind your work. Any motion in there? Even better!
