We’re working with a market-leading global gaming group, a NYSE-listed, high-growth, and at the forefront of M&A and investment across the iGaming and sports betting space.
With a newly expanding London-based corporate development team, this is a rare opportunity to be part of strategic deals from the inside, working directly with founders, C-suite, and global stakeholders.
The Role
* Lead execution of M&A transactions, from origination and modelling to negotiation and closing
* Build and own detailed financial models, valuations, and investment analysis
* Prepare high-impact investment memos for board-level presentation
* Conduct market and competitive research to inform global growth strategy
* Partner closely with legal, strategy, and finance teams to execute complex deals
* Manage and build relationships with investors, bankers, and advisors
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone with around 3 years of experience as an Associate, having trained at a leading investment bank (e.g., Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley) and made the move into buy-side or strategic investment work.
* Proven deal execution across M&A or capital markets (mid-cap, cross-border ideal)
* Outstanding modelling, valuation, and commercial analysis skills
* Confidence presenting directly to leadership and external stakeholders
* A strategic, commercial mindset with strong attention to detail
* Tech, digital, or iGaming exposure is helpful — but not essential
