In addition, we offer one of the UK’s most comprehensive ecosystems for smart lighting, featuring solutions such as Casambi, Ingy/Wirepas and Protopixel, supported by expert services to ensure successful project delivery and long-term performance.
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our OEM External Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a respected and evolving product portfolio, working closely with lighting manufacturers across the UK. You will play a key role in driving growth by strengthening existing relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
This is a remote-based position with regular travel across the Midlands and South of England.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote our full range of lighting components and control solutions to OEM customers
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients
- Position Holders Technology as the first choice for Design-In opportunities
- Deliver engaging presentations via PowerPoint in person and over MS Teams
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase innovative solutions
- Develop and maintain a strong, active sales pipeline
- Accurately track opportunities and report progress
- Proactively generate new business to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate closely with internal sales and admin teams to deliver excellent customer service
- Foster positive, collaborative relationships with our supplier partners
Requirements
- Experience in selling to lighting OEM customers
- Knowledge of lighting and/or lighting control systems
- Highly self-motivated with strong organisational skills and diary management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident managing customer expectations and meeting deadlines
- Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop
- A genuine passion for meeting customers and introducing innovative solutions
- Full UK driving licence required
