About the Role As the school’s SEN Teacher, you will: • Teach and support pupils with a range of needs across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. • Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning plans. • Work closely with the SENCO, support staff, and external specialists. • Maintain accurate assessment records and contribute to EHCP reviews. • Create a positive, safe, and structured environment where every child can thrive. • Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support home–school consistency.
