We’re looking for a skilled and dedicated Plasterer to join our newly formed Awaab’s Law team at Paradigm Housing Group. This is more than just a plastering role, it’s a chance to be part of a vital initiative improving the quality and safety of our homes, ensuring tenants live in environments free from damp and mould.
As part of our response to Awaab’s Law, you’ll play a key role in delivering high quality plastering work that directly supports our mission to provide safe, well maintained homes. You’ll work closely with our Property Services team and tenants, carrying out repairs and improvements with care, professionalism, and a commitment to first time fixes.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Carrying out plastering repairs and maintenance to a high standard across our housing stock
2. Supporting the Awaab’s Law team in tackling damp and mould issues through effective plastering solutions
3. Working independently and as part of a team to deliver timely, safe, and customer focused repairs
4. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
5. Occasionally mentoring apprentices or junior team members
What you’ll bring:
6. NVQ or City and Guilds in Plastering or equivalent experience
7. Proven experience in maintenance and repair work
8. Strong understanding of building regulations and health and safety practices
9. A full UK driving licence
10. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service
11. Ability to carry out minor additional maintenance tasks alongside plastering

Location of work: Mobile role with travel across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.
Head Office location: High Wycombe
Store Room location: Chesham
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (42.5 hours per week, 08:00 – 17:30 Mon – Friday)
