Rate: £18.26 PAYE / £23.80 Umbrella

Main purpose of the job role:
To ensure the effective management of cyclical services and reactive maintenance across -managed properties including communal blocks, temporary accommodation, leasehold and supported housing. The role safeguards the condition and compliance of housing assets by:
Ensuring statutory compliance and alignment with industry standards
Maintaining best practice across the Big 6 compliance areas:
* Gas Safety
* Electrical Safety
* Fire Safety
* Water Hygiene (Legionella)
* Asbestos Management
* Lift Safety
Supporting strategic objectives such as:
* "Keeping My Place Safe and Looking Good"
* Accurate service charge recovery
* Revenue generation
