We are excited to be recruiting for a new opportunity for a Birmingham based healthcare organisation as they look to recruit for a new HR Advisor to join their growing HR team.

HR Advisor
Duration: 6-month fixed-term contract
Location: Birmingham (3 days on-site)
Pay Rate: Circa £35K per annum – room for negotiation for sector experience
Hours: Full-time, Mon – Fri
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Provide first-line advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures
2. Enable managers to reduce sickness absence through proactive management of long- and short-term sickness cases using a person-centred approach
3. Deliver efficient and effective employee relations casework management, including disciplinary, grievance, bullying and harassment, performance, and attendance matters
4. Support managers by attending meetings and formal hearings, producing notes, minutes, and reports, ensuring compliance with law, policy, and good practice
