We are looking for a Part time Bookings and Clinic Administrator to join our Watford Clinic, who shares in our beliefs and has the necessary skills to support the daily operation of the booking lines and clinics. There are two roles available: The first position is Tuesdays 2.30pm-8pm, Thursdays pm, and Saturdays 8.30am start. The second position is Wednesdays 2.30pm - 8.00pm, Fridays 2.30pm-8.00pm and Sundays 8.30am start. Start times can vary depending on clinics, there is potential to take on an extra shifts as the clinic expands, so flexibility is required to take on more days, hours and cover sickness and annual leave. This role would fit perfectly around other work or family commitments.

In addition you will work with the Sonographer and the clinic manager within the three operational roles. You must be versatile and be able to do all roles to a high standard: Reception, Media & Chaperone.
1.) Reception
* Greet customers and their families in a friendly and polite manner.
* Book customers into the clinic as they arrive
* Take cash and card payments
* Clean down key equipment at the beginning of each clinic and ensure that the high standard of cleanliness is maintained throughout the clinic
* Book appointments over the telephone and online
* Other administrative duties
2.) Media
* Import images from the scan machine and produce customers prints and reports
* Transfer digital images
* Check the documentation filled out in the scan room has been completed fully to meet the requirements of CQC.
* Keep the area clean and tidy and ready for each customer
* Ensure each customer is fully satisfied with the service before they leave.
* Clean down key equipment at the beginning of each clinic and ensure that the high standard of cleanliness is maintained throughout the clinic
3.) Chaperoning
* Provide the vital link between the Sonographer completing the ultrasound scans and the customer ensuring that from the moment they arrives, their experience is good.
* Build a rapport with each and every customer.
* Read the room and connect with all of our customers and make them feel welcome and at ease
* Complete all wellbeing reports in full
* Support the Sonographer throughout the scan process allowing them to concentrate on the technical aspects of the scan
* Deal with customers with compassion and empathy as the primary objective to include any sensitive situations.
* Clean down key equipment at the beginning of each clinic and ensure that the high standard of cleanliness is maintained throughout the clinic.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
