The Work You'll have real ownership from day one, advising clients directly and managing matters end-to-end: Advise on contracts, policies, and day-to-day HR issues Handle disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, restructures Lead TUPE and change management projects Manage discrimination, whistleblowing, and unfair dismissal claims Run Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation Advise on executive exits and settlement agreements You'll also build client relationships, contribute to business development in ways that feel natural, and support junior lawyers as the team continues expanding.
